    Too rich for my puppy?

    Posted by Sjm1 on 6th Jul 2019

Bought for my underweight springer 5 months old, been using 2 weeks and think it may be too rich for her as her stools are very loose will continue on it till the end of the bag but not sure if I will buy again. Shame as it seems to be a great really high quality food.

    Great food

    Posted by Cork83 on 27th Jul 2018

I was recommended this food by another frenchie owner at a puppy class as my puppy was having some allergy issues and just after being on this a week she improved so much. Sorry for the TMI but she is less gassy and she’s not pooping for Britain like she was on the previous food I was feeding her. Even my vet is happy for me to use this for her food trial so I think that speaks for itself x

Real quality food, made a big difference!

We had major problems with sloppy & "Mr Whippy" stools, diahorrea & a hyper puppy! Read the reviews on this & honestly, I thought they couldn't be true, it couldn't be THAT good, surely? But really, how can THAT many reviews be fakes? So although very expensive, I gave it a try. Pablo has been on it for 2 weeks now (introduced very gradually over 8/9 days) & boy, what a difference, his stools are firm and pearl-like and HALF what he used to produce! It DOES look expensive, but when you work out how much you use (probably a third less than cereal based food), it actually isn't expensive. For example, the current food (vet recommended!) was 20% meat 80% cereal, we were using 360g per day for our large 15k blue merle collie 6 months old. This food, I use 240g!! Pablo loves it too and most of all, he's not quite so hyper. I'm moving our older dog over to this food too. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Before I couldn't pick up his poos easily they were so sloppy, now perfect pearls, easy to pick up. Fantastic!

    High quality food

Our miniature dachshund puppy is doing so well after switching to this food from Royal Canin. He is full of beans, coat is shiny and skin is no longer dry, flaky and inflamed. Would definitely recommend, however you may want to start on the lower end of the feeding guideline as it is quite a rich food.

A very high quality dog food and small pieces

Posted by Carlee on 21st Nov 2017

I was recommended to buy these by a qualified behaviourist as the best quality dog food for my fussy Staffordshire bull terrier puppy or was behaving badly. The kibble is small and so idea for a puppy with a very strong scent that instantly gets his attention!
