Found this product via Horse and hound website. Someone on there did extensive analysis of what goes into most dry dog food. I was shocked at how much cereal bulk goes into big brands. This product got an A-star rating. It is reasonably priced, too. Dog took a while to get used to it, probably hooked on the old one. He is now happy on it,though. Looks very well, too. He's old and arthritic, but kept up sprinting with a young Jack Russell the other day, so maybe Applaws food has put some spring in his step.

Swapping my rescue dog onto this as he is very reactive so didn't want the "sugar rush" you get with carb fillers.Mixed old and new food and from day one he carefully ate all the Applaws and left his previous high quality food. Another good point if you like to feed kibble moist, Applaws does not

I have two bichons both adore this food to the point I use it as a training treat! The one dog has allergies and prefers this to usual hypoallergenic brand, its always the first to go if I mix with anything else. His allergies have not reappeared by my changing food. Younger dog picky eater but clears her bowl! Her actions speak louder than my words!

This food is perfect for dogs who suffer from allergies to maize and other cereals. Because the protein content is high, less food per kilo of bodyweight needs to be fed, making Applaws more economical than most other brands of good quality dog food. My dogs are healthy, with good muscle tone and very little body fat. I would highly recommend Applaws!

Very disappointed with this food. It gives two of my three dogs an insatiable thirst, I mean completly emptying their bowl through the night, also they go to the toilet more throughout the day too and have more wind. Will definately not be purchasing this food again.
