With added salmon oil, this diet is ideal for dogs performing tasks that require them to be calm, alert and attentive.

Product excellent. Current method of packing poor
I usually purchase two bags of Burns Alert which come in two separate cardboard boxes which are easy to handle, however yesterday the two bags came in one box which was very unsatisfactory.The box had burst open and the delivery man struggled to carry it due to it's weight. Could you please inform me if this is to be company policy in the future, if so, I will have to order the two bags on separate days which I'm sure will be more costly for you. The dog food itself is excellent.

Exceptional quality
Both my Dobie's have used this - a food for life. One Dobe was highly sensitive to every food especially the chemical based products, but this was the only food that suited him. I can't praise it highly enough!

Disappointed
I have been feeding my dog on Burns for the last 18 months and have been delighted with the quality of the product. But the latest bag bought from you, which I opened this week is not up to the usual standard - lots of crushed pieces and dust., I have not experienced this before with Burns - so will be going back to my previous supplier

New food Burns Alert for our Lab
Swapped from another food for our 10 month Lab ...as wanted a lower protein content & ?calming recipe that had Vet approval ..transmission went well mixing with previous food over 7 days. Lab loves it .. nice size kibble and firmer less frequent poo!
