Nearly five stars
I am happy to give pet-supermarket nearly five stars. It would be five but for a recent issue. Customer service seems excellent - on occasion I've had to query things or report damaged goods and received excellent response. The recent issue was with the loyalty scheme. I was told that because I had - inadvertently- placed an order without logging in that had gone through on a guest account and could not therefore be counted as a qualifying order under the loyalty scheme. So remember - always log in if you want your orders to count towards a loyalty reward.

I have a Westie who suffers with allergies and I found this food really good for him. He also has the Burns dried food mixed with this.

Burns Penlan
This product, developed by the Scottish veterinarian John Burns after much research, is nutritionally balanced and well worth the price. It has played a big part in the recovery to full health of my English Springer Spaniel, who was a rescue dog. Now she is thriving on it.

Best food for my dog
I have been giving my dog this food for well over a year and she still looks forward to meal times! One pouch does 3 meals mixed with Burns kibble and given the amount of medication she's on this is really the best food for her.

Ils en raffolent !
Je n'avais encore jamais essayé les sachets fraicheurs de chez Burns que je trouvais trop cher comparés à d'autres marques bio. Mais je n'ai pas été décue ! Les selles ont été bien moulés dès le départ contrairement à d'autres marques.
