Product good delivery rubbish
My dogs love this dog food so I thought I would have a load delivered (over 120 tins). Unfortunately most of the tins arrived loose from their packaging within a larger box and therefore dented. I understand the need to restrict the weight of each box but a better delivery method is required. As a result I probably won't be re-ordering.

We have two springer spaniels, one of whom is a fussy eater. Butchers dog food is a firm favourite.

Butchers at its best
Great product for my 2 dogs, they love it. Issue with delivery as box was damaged as were the contents. Appears it was too heavy for the delivery driver who dropped the package

My working line German Shepherd loves this
I give this to my dog as a treat twice per week so that she has a reasonable amount of variety in her food. She enjoys it very much.

Have used butcher,s for a long time both English setters enjoy it.the new tins with probiotics have helped settle our oldest dog’s colitis

Damaged tins
My dog loves this food and I have no negative feedback for the content of the product but the condition of the product. The both the boxes were markedly damaged when they arrived with multiple crushed tins. Thankfully none of the seal appears broken but wouldn't order again from here just incase condition of product is same or worse next time. Delivery was also two days later then expected, however this was free and the hold up appeared to be with couriers side of things
