Dog Size: Medium, 400g Cans: 1 1/2 - 2 1/2
Dog Size: Large, 400g Cans: 2 1/2 - 3 1/2
If mixing with complete dry food replace 200g of Butcher's with 50g of dry. Make sure there's always fresh drinking water nearby. This is a guide only and will depend on breed and activity level, so you may need to adjust the amount given.
Best served at room temperature.

Great value. Rapid delivery. Iffy boxings.
The product is fine - it's one that we already knew our dogs like. The price was excellent value. The order was delivered (free) remarkably fast; we ordered midday-ish and it arrived early next morning. Packaging was a bit iffy though; we had ordered six 24-can packs of dogfood. It came in 4 cartons, two of which held two packs in each, the other two were the same size carton but with one 24-can pack inside each, with no stuffing to hold them in place - hence they tumbled around in transit, rupturing the cardboard around the cans. Many of these cans came loose within the outer carton and were dented. On a lengthier journey I imagine they would have escaped the outer cartons which were quite bruised. The only logic i can see in placing single 24-can packs on their own in a large part-empty carton each is if the packs were perhaps already split before despatch and considered unsuitable for stacking in two's? The dented cans were all usable.

Good reasonably priced tinned food
I originally ordered the butcher's tinned food since it was plastic free and could recycle the used tins and cardboard. But my two lurchers seem to enjoy it (even the picky one) alongside their mixer. There are also grain free options if that bothers you.

My dog enjoys it!
My dog particularly likes the tripe loaf recipes. We have given him other recipes but he seems to prefer this one as he eats every last mouthful!

A Firm Favourite
Bought on special offer to try - excellent value for money- but have now been convinced by the dogs that it will be a regular purchase. Dogs loved the food even our fussy greyhound- which we feed alongside kibble.
