Canine Choice Senior Light Medium & Large is a complete grain-free dry food for older dogs (from 7 years of age) of medium and large-sized breeds (over 11 kg). It has a high proportion of meat (45%). Older dogs burn less energy than their younger friends. Their diet should therefore contain fewer calories to avoid unnecessary weight gain. They will also benefit from a diet rich in vitamins that boost their immune system and a higher amount of fibre, which facilitates digestion. This is exactly what’s in our formula, together with 45% lamb (the highest percentage of meat our vets recommend for older dogs). Kibble size can fluctuate between 10-15% on any batch production.

Changeover gone well and my elderly 14-year old definitely seems brighter and less arthritic! I’m really impressed with the quality of the ingredients.

My dog loves it!
Changed over to this brand after see advert and realising how little meat my previous kibble had in it James Wellbeloved. Purchased Lamb Senior Light and so far my 10 year old dog is very happy with it. Only time will tell if I see the benefits. Will be purchasing again.

Excellentes croquettes
J'avais hésité à commander ces croquettes étant donné qu'elles étaient nouvelles, que je ne savais si elles allaient plaire à ma chienne et qu'elle n'existent qu'en paquets de 12 kg mais comme je cherchais une alimentation mieux adaptée à l'âge de ma chienne avec une composition de qualité, je me suis lancée et je ne regrette pas car malgrès la taille un peu petite de la croquette pour ma chienne, celle-ci s'est jetée dessus dès que je lui en ai mis et impossible de faire la transition dans les règles car elle ne voulait plus de ses anciennes croquettes !!!

Happy dog - happy owner
This product was bought for our elderly dog predominantly because we thought that if you’re getting on a bit, then why not have the meatiest food you can in your twilight years. It’s also great that the food includes a weight control supplement because as a 12 yr old dog, ours has arthritis and any extra weight simply adds to this burden. We had no digestive issues with the change, however, Dave does poo for Britain and is extremely regular, which is no bad thing. Better out than in. Great product, we have found the one we will stick to for our well loved and elderly boy.

My Henry is quite a fussy eater, I have tried several different products as his appetite has recently caused me some concern , I am pleased to say he seemed very happy with the food, early days, but that makes me very happy too!
