New to this product
Bought this as seemed reasonable price and my dog cannot eat chicken products. No ill effects, so happy to continue with the product. On arrival one bag totally split down one side and food all over the box it was packed in.

Great Food
My greyhound has developed a sensitive stomach, so I changed to Chappie all is well with him and he loves the meaty aroma when I soak it, also great for snacks

All my dogs were ill after this order!!
I have used Chappie dry food for years with all my dogs but after this batch of 2 x 15k bags was delivered they all had terrible diarrhea for days. I spoke to my vet who mentioned it could be the food, so I purchased another brand of dog food & after only 12 hours of starting the new food all 3 of my dogs were back to normal. I contacted Mars who make Chappie but they were not interested at all, they actually said they have not had one complaint about this food EVER & they told me to speak to my vet!!? So after being a loyal customer for many years, I would not recommend this food to any dog owners or purchase Chappie ever again!!!!!

Makes sense
Dog will eat it, especially when mixed with some Chappie tinned. Vets all recommend it and seems to have all the goodness required at a sensible price.

Not impressed with the delivery time
I ordered dog and cat food about a month ago and have only just received the last of the items. I ordered as I was going away and wanted food for my cats and dogs. Nothing arrived for nearly 3 weeks! My husband had to keep going out and buying food locally. It is only the second time I have ordered from you and wont be doing so again. When I order animal food, I need prompt delivery. Nothing wrong with the products, just the delays.

Good simple dog food and never an upset tummy!
I find Chappie dry and wet dog food is a good combination to give some variation. I am using for my dog who needs to lose weight and I can calculate the calorific value of the food easily too (not all dog foods show this).

Good treat size!
I'm a professional dog walker and use these for treats. They're quite plain, good for any sensitive tummies and excellent value. They're also big enough that those dogs with less manners don't take my fingers off!
