A good basic dry dogfood which we have used for years & we find suitable for our greedy labradors where weight can be a problem.

Great for sensitive gut
My aging setter has a very sensitive gut and after a lot of investigation my vet advised a special hypoallergenic diet. I tried many types at huge expense but my dog would not eat it. He is now on a mixture of Chappie dry and wet food and very happy and regaining his health. Excellent result.

Happy chappie
bought this trying to find something not to strong to mix in to dry mix, as the james beloved seemed to rich/ they actually preferred this, i have also bought some Harrington's lamb and rice to try but it takes time to gradually change over so time will tell. If they have any bad reaction i will stick with this brand. Turned up on time in a bag of similar items.

Used for years now
My vet recommended this when my labrador was a lot younger, as he feeds it to his 3 labradors. I have used it ever since. Its brilliant.

Sadly not suitable for my dog
Prescribed by my vet for my dog who has pancreatitis ,my dog loved it but it made him very loose sadly so we have had to try another food .a lot of dogs love Chappe

Chappie dry food
Since the vets had started working with Chappie the product is a much better food. It is obviously full of the correct nutrients. An example it has no food colourings like Bakers. There is no need for such additives. My dogs coat is very shiny and oily and tells you everything.
