Bizarre but good
These are great, Molly our working cocker Spaniel piddles everywhere and only seems to want to go on grass so we had brown patches everywhere! We find they only last for 4 weeks and not 8 weeks and I put the stones in a large jug so she can't run off with them. A bit expensive but worth it for green grass.

I have used Dog Rocks for a few years now. They really do protect the lawn! They also seem to help reduce the red staining of white hair around the eyes (tear stain) which is an added bonus.

Having purchased these I was looking forward to seeing an improvement in the lawn..... However, my 9 month old puppy keeps removing the "rocks" out of his water dish. I then have to retrieve them from the garden. Perhaps a "special" water dish should be available, with a false bottom so the dog cannot remove the rocks, and the effectiveness would not be impaired.
