schlechte Qualität - keine Rückgabemöglichkeit
Leider ist die Qualität des Produktes sehr schlecht. Der Motor war von Anfang an sehr laut und er wird immer lauter. Medicanimal hat trotz meiner Beanstandung das Gerät nicht zurückgenommen. Ich rate vom Kauf dieses Gerätes definitiv ab.

It took a little while for my cats to realise what this thing was and did but it's great now they have figured it out no more running taps.

Great product
One of my dogs doesn't like it but then he doesn't like fresh warter my other dog loves it and given the choice of this or a bowl of water will choose this every time

Cheap noisy not sure working properly
This arrived this evening. Prompt delivery as usual. I can't honestly believe this is £30 in the sale. It is cheap nasty plastic and not sturdy! I am not sure it works as it should and reserve judgement to see if I can discern any difference between low flow and high flow. Both are loud and produce lots of / near enough the same amount of water which means neither cat will go near it. So far disappointed. Will follow up.

Das war die anfängliche Reaktion unserer beiden Katzen. Nach ca. 2 Wochen wurde dieses Gerät dann doch immer interessanter, und mittlerweile wird es regelmäßig benutzt. Das Motorgeräusch ist wirklich niedrig, nur durch den recht lose aufliegenden Deckel kann es durch Vibrationen des Motors zu Brummfrequenzen kommen. Ansonsten alles OK.,

Not bad
Bought this in march 2014, it died July 2016. It worked as expected. We got this free flowing water fountain as we thought the cats would enjoy it as much as drinking out of the tap. They still preferred the tap! Bit noisy but we got used to it, it was mainly pointed out by guests. Main problem was the motor/electrics could not be detached so full cleaning was difficult, having to keep water away from the underside and plug/cable whilst scrubbing the little nooks & crannies.

Très bon produit, reçu assez vite. Mes chiens (teckel et chihuahua) l'ont adopté immédiatement et j'ai l'impression qu'ils boivent plus et avec plaisir. J'espère qu'à l'usage, je serait toujours aussi satisfaite d'autant qu'elle n'est pas trop bruyante et le bruit de l'eau qui coule est reposant. J'ai enregistré le produit sur le site de la marque et de ce fait, je bénéficie d'une garantie de deux ans. La fontaine est livrée avec une prise anglaise mais un adaptateur est fourni , par contre de ce fait, la prise se trouve à l'envers sur le mur et donc le fil du transformateur se retrouve en haut au lieu de se diriger naturellement vers le bas. Pour remédier à ce problème, il faut démonter la prise murale afin de la retourner. Un petit bémol également est le coloris : sur le site, elle semble blanche alors qu'en réalité, elle est bleu ciel. Je suis un peu déçue de cette couleur qui ne s'intègre pas spécialement dans ma déco

Excellent
Have had mine for 2years, my cats love it and it still works perfectly. But you need to give it a proper clean every few months, to keep it working well. Watch YouTube video on cleaning etc
