Mein Hund ist sehr wählerisch was Futter angeht. Bisher hatten wir eine andere Marke, die er überhaupt nicht schmecken mochte. Nun bin ich umgestiegen auf das Hills k/d Nassfutter (zum Trockenfutter kann ich noch nichts sagen) und kann dieses Futter nur hoch loben :) Er frisst es total gerne, leckt danach sogar noch den Napf bis zum letzten Krümel aus! Was wünscht Frauchen sich mehr :D Super Konsistenz. Super schmackhaft. Richtig KLASSE!!!

Good product
Have tried the wet dietary food before but our cat refused to eat it. Was very relieved to find she loves this. She has also filled out a bit on it which is another plus. Very impressed.

Prescription diet
When your hound has kidney disease & along with meds, your vet has advised you to only feed a prescription diet, there is a limited choice. I have found that after about 3 months, Riley was thoroughly bored with this. I then switched him to another prescription diet & same thing, great for 3 months max & so very 3 months, I change the renal diet food. It's kept his blood levels more or less stable, it just doesn't tickle his fancy for long, none of the renal diets do. However, it is hard to rate a prescription diet.

Izzy has to have this food to help with her kidney problems, along with her medication her blood levels have improved. also it is a lot cheaper to purchase from here than from the vet practices.
