Excellent service but food not liked at all!
We were advised to purchase special low protein food for one of our cats, after he'd spent three days in the vet hospital over Christmas. Having purchased over £50 worth of various wet and dry foods as recommended, we were subsequently told that our cat didn't in fact have any protein in his urine and therefore did not have a kidney disorder after all. We quickly established that neither of our cats liked the k/d diet wet food, barely sniffing it and just licking off the gravy. The dry biscuits were better received however, but at the huge cost over their 'normal' biscuits, we've been very frugal over dishing those out. Our daughter's three cats won't touch 'special' food either, so we've been offering the remainder of the sachets to a little cat that regularly comes round scavenging for anything he can get.

We started buying the hills kidney diet on the recommendation of the vet. Our cats like it the best. Plenty of meat and gravy. We like the convenience of being to add our order to our Ocado delivery at no extra cost9

My cat will eat it!!
My elderly cat has kidney problems and I was advised to feed her prescription food. The first make I tried she refused but will eat the Hills which is a miracle!

Good choice of renal food - both our elderly cats have ignored other kidney friendly wet foods but they enjoy this very much.
