Tout à fait adapté pour l'hyperthyroïdie
Ces croquettes spécifiques m'ont été prescrites il y a près d'un an pour mon chat de 12 ans qui commençait une hyperthyroïdie. Il les a très bien acceptées et 6 mois plus tard son analyse sanguine était bien meilleure et il avait repris de poids. Du coup, ma chatte de 10 ans est au même régime que lui. Acheté en paquet de 5 kg cela revient bien moins cher que chez le vétérinaire!

It works!
My 15 year old cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. The vet suggested putting her on the yd diet. It wasn't long before I saw results. She stopped her yowling and ravenous eating. Her fur started growing back and she began to pick up weight again. She's pretty much back to her old self now. It has really worked for her and I couldn't be happier.

My cat was recommended to try this product by the vet as he overgroomed whilst on Vidalta tablets. He is currently eating the wet food, but has started to lick himself alot again,and did not do this whilst on the dry food. His thyroid has improved and we hope that this will continue.

My 13 year old cat has hyperthyroidism. He had lost weight, overgroomed (pulling his fur out of his tail and back) and was more hyper than usual. As he was so thin an op was out of the question. I have fed him exclusively on Hills YD wet and dry for over a year and his illness is under control. However, you must not feed any other food (Or use pet toothpaste) if you are trying to control hyperthyroidism. My cat eats wet and dry together. He does get bored, but has to have this food to survive.

My 19 year old cat has been diagnosed with hyperactive thyroid. On recommendation of our vets we are trying Hills Y/D, but....after 5 days she won't eat it? I bought both dry and canned. She will have a little nibble of the dry, but totally turns her nose at the canned:-/ I've tried adding a little water to soften, but are still throwing away uneaten bowls. She is hungry as she'll wolf down normal canned/sachet cat food, but not Y/D. I don't feel she's eating enough dry to make a difference???
