Based in Somerset, we've been making nutritionally complete dry pet food since 1992. Naturally hypoallergenic, it's gentle on the digestion and with a blend of dietary fibres for firmer poos and omega fatty acids for a glossy coat, it'll help keep your pet active, happy and healthy, from the inside out. Made with a single source animal protein. None of these Common Allergens in this recipe: beef, pork, soya, eggs, dairy or wheat. No added artificial colours, flavours or antioxidants. Ideal for cats with skin & stomach sensitivities.

Formulated with 15% less calories, naturally hypoallergenic, support for joints and heart and supports the immune system.

Expertly tailored to the needs of overweight cats, we've taken a handful of nature's nourishing ingredients and combined them with flavourful turkey for highly digestible, quality protein. Then, using our knowledge and expertise, we increase the level of dietary fibre to satisfy the cats appetite and increase the protein to encourage loss of body fat rather than muscle. This recipe has been carefully formulated for cats, supplemented with taurine to support heart health and a blend of omega oils, glucosamine, chondroitin and plant extract to support joints.

A complete dry food with the bonus that it is hypo-allergenic. With selected protein source (Turkey), it is a dietetic food, excellent for the reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerances. We suggest that the food be tried for a period of 3 to 8 weeks. If the signs of the food intolerance disappear, continue feeding indefinitely.

  • Turkey Meal - A highly digestible dried protein that also supplies essential minerals
  • Cranberry Extract - Natural organic acids and anthocyanadins found in cranberry juice
  • Yucca Extract - To help reduce litter tray odour
  • Omega 3 & 6 Oils - To promote healthy skin and glossy coat
  • Prebiotics - Natural inulin from chicory, helping to maintain a healthy gut flora
  • Antioxidants - Natural antioxidants from pomegranate, green tea and rosemary to support the immune system
  • Dry cat food suitable for cats aged 1+ years

    Empty bowl every time

As one of our cats is overweight we are trying the light version instead. We've given them this brand for years & their health & coat is amazing probably due to good ingredients in their food & lots of love.

    Excellent!

My cat absolutely loves this food. She’s an indoor cat and the lighter variety suits her well. She’s also grazes throughout the day so this dried food is just perfect. I’ve been purchasing this food for years & can thoroughly recommend it.

    Too expensive now

Posted by Nicknamealreadyinuse on 6th Feb 2020

This is a good food for our tabby cat but it’s too expensive now. They have changed the packaging and the price has gone up. My delivery was all jumbled up with packets of food fallen out and boxes broken

    Good for podgy cats.

My cat is now 12 and has started to put on weight. Switched to the Light Turkey and she is slimming down. She loves the taste and finds them easy to eat with very few teeth.

Great for cats with sensitive tummies

Posted by Dr Carl on 25th Jun 2019

My cat Pancake has a sensitive tummy and can’t seem to tolerate some of the other good quality foods with high protein content e.g. we were trying to give him a sustained run on Thrive dry (which is 90 percent chicken and very good quality) and wet, and it give him very smelly, runny and occasionally bloody stools as it aggregates his colitis. So switched back to thrive wet only, poos still same. So thought I would give this a go thinking the rice and higher fibre content would calm his tummy and make it easier to pass poos without putting on too much weight. No exaggeration his poos were back to normal within 2 days. Once he is settled down may progress to the no grain variety but so far he is doing very well on this. I have had similar issues in the past where I have turned to James well beloved wet which has also worked, although my cat doesn’t like that as much and would occasionally turn his nose up at it .

    Our Favourite

Posted by StickofRock on 22nd Oct 2018

They love the taste above all other dried food I love the fact that they thrive on it without putting too much weight on ... Ginger Tom excepted ... but he was starved as a kitten , also neutered late ! And hey! jolly good price.
