Great product
I have two cats but only one of them coughs up fur balls , some quite sizeable, when I give him Katalax (about twice or three times a week) he never has furball problems, he is a much happier cat.

great for my senior cat with digestive issues
This really helps my cat when she has digestive issues. She doesn't like the taste of it much but it's easy enough to disguise it in tasty treats...still, quite expensive for what it is though!

Helps prevents cat sickness
My very long haired cat loves this, vet recommended it to help with his vomiting and fur balls and said to put some on his paw so he licks it off...he licks it straight from the tube as he loves it and now we incorporate this into his grooming.

Always have some around
Two of our cats cannot get fur balls up so end up not eating and being sick if they try...3 days on this and they are fine...getting it here is so much cheaper than a vet visit everytime there is a problem

This item is used, as advised by our Vet, not for hairballs particularly, but as an aid for our cat in passing motions. She has difficulty in this action because her pelvis was damaged after being hit by a car and its repair slightly restricted the operation of her bowel. It is administered once a day, every day, and she has come to expect it. It has worked effectively in this role for the last 10 or more years. She does sometimes wipe it from her paw, rather than licking it. Which means it can get distributed around the furniture. For this reason I rate it at 4 stars rather than 5.
