The "bristles" are very thick and while my cat loves to be brushed, this product just makes her jump off my lap. Not fine enough.

Over the years I have had a number of these brushes for various cats. They are excellent for removing excess hair and giving a massage to calm a frisky cat as well. Highly recommended rather than a wire brush even for a long haired cats

Amazing!!
We were given one by my sister in law and it is an amazing brush. We have a cat addicted to brushing and after brushing with an ordinary brush then the Kong we are still astonished how much it gets off our Tortoiseshell cat every day. It also gets fur off the carpet which is a bonus! Ours is getting quite worn but still 100% efficient!
