I have a dog that loves to chase/chew balls and normal tennis balls last about 12 chomps.

Kong balls usually last about 6 weeks which is great as we take it out with us on every walk. So great value for money with my dog.

The only downside is that the squeaker lasts about 24 hrs and you have to watch your dog doesn`t swallow it (sometimes it does go inside the ball). Would have received 5/5 if the squeaker was more secure.

My terrier loves them! They're £2.99 at Pets at Home too! Not indestructible but I think that's part of the charm for her.

I also incorrectly assumed that the small were the same size as a regular tennis ball. I have ordered them from another site and that is what I received. I think I have received the extra small ones in error, there is no way that I could use them with my Doberman. He would end up choking on them!!

I incorrectly assumed that the large was bigger than a tennis ball, the small was tennis ball size and the extra small was the smallest one. I order the large and small-I got the large and what I would deem to be the extra small. Surely there are none smaller than that-they couldn't be safe for dogs

Although strong, these balls probably aren`t best suited for dogs who like to chew tennis balls rather than simply retrieve them. I`ve found them invaluable however when getting my Beagle`s attention, which is no easy task. The bright colour and the squeeker mean I can get his attention anywhere for a quick play. I also think it`s an excellent idea to have different sizes.

We got our dog the extra small kong balls as she has only got a small mouth and cant pick up normal sized tennis balls so this is perfect for her. She loves running around catching these. So glad they made a ball for the smaller dog.
