Don’t buy
Sadly item is light weight as under the rope is packing filler. Which means the rope cane away. Not a quality item due to how quickly came apart. FYI was broken before let kittens at it

Cat likes it
The scratch post fulfills it’s purpose. The only issue is that it’s too light in weight. The cat can easily push it around and so, the cat can’t scratch it as well

good for smaller cats
I bought this to replace a well worn scratch post-1 cat will use it the other is now using the stair carpet for the first time in her 2 years. It is not tall enough my cats prefer to stretch and scratch

Great and very sturdy
This is a really good if pricey scratching post. The fact it’s low and has a low centre of gravity means I’m not continually having to stand this up. The stick and toy in the middle is a nice bonus
