As in humans, plaque bacteria constantly forms in the mouths of all cats and dogs. Once plaque has calcified into tartar, it can no longer be brushed off. In many cases, it has to be removed by a vet using ultrasound and anaesthetic. If tartar build-up is left untreated, it can result in bad breath, gum disease, tooth decay and premature tooth loss. Plaque off
This is an extremely amazing product. Our dogs teeth were showing signs of discolouration but after a couple of months of adding Plaque Off to their food the teeth are gleaming.

the tub is quite small but you only use a tiny bit of the product every day so it lasts for ages. i drop it on top of the wet food and the cats eat it , no problem even from my fussy one.

Le produit semble efficace mais a déclenché après quelques semaines une soif démultipliée chez mon fox de 6 ans... Arrêt de l'administration pendant plusieurs mois pour voir si ces litres d'eau engloutis chaque jour étaient lié à Plaque Off, retour à la normale sur cette période, et retour immédiat de la soif dès que j'ai réintroduit Plaque Off (le chien s'est remis à boire jusqu'à ne plus pouvoir se retenir et commencer à uriner dans l'appartement une heure et demie après la sortie pipi précédente, alors qu'il est loin d'être incontinent en temps normal... !) Dommage car le produit était prometteur.
