Purina Pro Plan Natural Defences Adult and Senior Supplement Powder for Cats

I have never tried vitamins for my cat. She does not really eats everything, and I was worried that she might not like it. I mixed it with her food,it was easy to mix. She eat it all anytime I gave her. Her coat looks shiny and she is energetic. Recommend to cat owners.

I wasn't sure whether our cat would consume the supplements as she can be a fussy eater, however, there hasn't been any issue with the powder mixed in with her food. The container and provided spoon are both easy to access and use. I haven't noticed any particular differences in her behaviour over the last 2 weeks but it is a short time frame. However, it is reassuring to know that she is getting additional vitamins and nutrients that will hopefully improve her overall health over time.

I haven't noticed any changes to my cat's appearance or mood yet but I think it's early days and we will have to keep using it for a while longer to see how it goes. I am happy that the supplement will provide extra nutrients to provide for a healthy immune system. I like that the supplement is a powder so you can mix it with wet or dry food and the little scoop is great to get the right amount needed. I initially put the full daily does of the powder into Kittys wet food, as he does not tend to be a pick with his food. But to my surprise he did not want to eat it. So I halved the daily dose, which meant that he then ate the wet food with the powder mixed under. You could tell that at the beginning he was not to keen, as he only ate half of his normal portion for the first couple of days. But is now not bothered at all and eats all his food even if I sprinkle the Natural Defence Powder just on top of it. I have noticed that his fur is a lot more shine than before feeding him the supplement and will continue to do so.

Reluctant to use this supplement at first, in fear of wasting a wet food pouch and her not liking the taste of the powder...However, fear not, she actually seemed more interested in her food, so i'm guessing the powder is favoured to be alluring to cats taste buds, as my cat devoured her meal, no issues. Convenient scoop included to make sure i dose her the right amount. Despite it not even being 3 weeks since we begun using this supplement, i have already noticed a slight improvement in my cats overall well being, which i hope to see continue. With the added probiotics, her immunity is strengthened and so far, she has had a spring in her step each day.

Having been using this for over 2 weeks now, I can safely say my cat does seem to have alot more energy and appears healthier overall, especially her coat, which was a little dull before we started using this supplement. As far as her immune health goes, it is maybe a bit too early to say if this is having any effect, but there has been no 'off' days so far. The powder works great mixed into her usual wet food, and even comes with a handy measuring scoop.
