Great for fussy kitten

Posted by Chloe on 19th Dec 2023

Recently we have been really struggling to find a wet kitten food that he will eat. We love the pro plan dry food but didn’t know they did a wet food. As soon as we opened the package he was very vocal and was straight up on the side trying to eat it before I have put it in his bowl this has never happened before. After a week of using it we have noticed a massive difference in his coat and he just seems a lot happier than before. We will definitely be buying this from now on.

    Storage friendly

I was concerned as crossing over from tinned to sachet feeding caused a few upset tummies but soon adjusted after a couple of days of using. I made sure to mix the sachets with his normal dry mix to get accustomed but It took a while before he ate the new food, lots of sniffing and walking away. I then stopped panicking that he was starving but it was a few days before he stopped living off the gravy and leaving the meat. Not sure if it was the texture as he's used to pate style tinned foods so this was a whole new texture for him. I then tried feeding him sachets on there own. Clean bowls each time and so much easier to recycle after a quick rinse. I love the brand and so does my male kitten. Having switched back to my old brand hes become rather distant so now I'll have to stock up and buy these in bulk. My only concern is the smell. They are much more smelly than my previous branded cat food and causes his litter tray to smell more. I only feed one sachet a day as he prefers it now

My cats loved this as kittens and now as adults (1.5 years) they still love it.

Our kitten begs for this food

Posted by Steve Sharpe on 29th Dec 2021

Since receiving the pack and getting in the boxes to explore the new smells our kitten has been very excited to try the food. She has only ever eaten dry biscuits before so this was her first experience of wet meaty food. We tend to give her a pack every few days to make sure her digestive system gets used to the food. Since opening the first packet she has loved it and I'm sure on the days we don't give it she meows to ask for more. Initially we gave half a pouch and she happily ate it all within 1-2 visits to her bowl and she soon adapted to the new food very well. The meaty chunks and juice look good quality and don't smell too bad to humans. Overall this is an excellent product and looks and smells like high quality cat food. We would certainly recommend this cat food to all kitten owners.

    Our fussy kitten loves it

Our kitten has rejected all wet food until now. We’ve tried her with numerous different brands and the most she would do was lick a bit of the jelly or gravy off the top. She actually eats this and gets quite vocal when she hears the packet opening. She really enjoys it!

    Kitten Loves it

fabulous for unfussy cats everywhere, this is a nice cat food which my two cats love. it is designed for indoor cats with a formula which say it is designed for: minimal hairball formation. (both are hairball prone but none seen over the past few days of feeding this). Reduced litter box odour.(yeah....the jury is still out on that one) lean and healthy body condition. both of mine are in good condition and i have no reason to doubt this formula would do anything other than keep them that way. my cats are fairly indoors fixated although one will access the garden on rare occasions and the one who spends most time indoors is very prone to putting on weight. she loves this food despite it being all the same flavour, the same is true of the other cat. so it comes in boxes of 10 sachets, the sachets feel light and fairly watery when you handle them, they tip easily from the sachet. i was surprised by the watery feel but have found my cats are happy on two sachets each per day. i do tend

    Fussy Kitten problems.

    Posted by LaLaLa123 on 16th Feb 2015

Unfortunately my kitten is fussy and would lick the gravy off the meat and leave the rest. So we decided to give some of this product to a friend who's kitten loved the cat food and will continue to feed there kitten this food. It has been throughly researched by scientists and recommended by vets. I would buy a sample packet first to test your little kitten before buying a box. But I would recommend it over other brands. My kitten loved the biscuits that join this food and we are still giving him these biscuits as ad lib now.
