Purina Pro Plan NutriSavour Sterilised Adult Wet Cat Food - Chicken in Gravy

The food looked good quality and my cats usually like purina but they would not touch this food. I kept trying to feed it them but they would not eat it at all.

This food looks good quality but neither of my cats would eat it. I kept trying with fresh pouches but they just sniffed it and walked away.

This food looked like good quality cat food and didn't have a bad smell but my cat hated it. She sniffed at it a few times and even tried it once or twice but would not eat it. Tried several times with fresh pouches but the same reaction everytime. Ended up throwing nearly all of it away unfortunately.

I really loved the idea of this food plan, helping my cat get all the nutrients he needs in his diet. Unfortunately, my cat hasn’t been a big fan of the wet food. I introduced it slowly, but he isn’t really eating this food with as much fervour as his other food. He’s not that picky but for some reason he isn’t loving this food, often not eating it or leaving some in the bowl. He usually loves food with gravy but this one does not seem to be his favourite. I would still recommend it as I think it’s a great idea, but would maybe avoid it or buy a trial size first if your cat is a picky eater - as of course every cat is different! My personal opinion is that it doesn’t have too strong a smell like other cat food does, which is a positive. However, it’s really hard to get the food out of the packet! It doesn’t all come out, and you have to work really hard to get everything out of the pouch, leaving you with gravy all over your fingers.

Another benefit of the range is the chunks are quite small so it was easy for our cat to chew it.

My older cat is a bit fussy when it comes to the pouches. Most of the brands that I used before have more liquid in the sachet. It was nice to discover that Purina Pro Plan wet food has more solid food inside so it slowed down my cats eating speed. The pouches must be very filling - After feeding therm I don't have cats wandering around my feet while preparing food in the kitchen Peace and quiet - definitely recommend!

My kitty Raisin is not a big eater and tends to graze at her food all day. I have tried a variety of foods, dry and wet, but its always the same. From the very first taste of the Chicken pouch, Raisin, just ate the whole pouch in one sitting. She's never done that before . She loves these pouches. There was no requirement to gradually introduce her this food at all. She also loved the dry food too. I definitely will be considering switching her to Pro Plan going forwards and would recommend this to anyone who has kitties who are fussy eaters.
