Very tasty - but pricy
have two elderly dogs, both of whom are on low-fat diets to try and manage their chronic pancreatitis. Low fat foods mist taste pretty awful, in my mind anyway. I am always on the lookout for new brands and flavours. I admit, I have only ever purchased a small bag of Purina (as it is pricy) but I will be buying this again. When it comes to dry food my girls are often enthusiastic at first, but the excitement of a new flavour soon wears off and they eat away all the wet food and spit the dry onto the kitchen floor. They both seem to have really enjoyed this chicken product. I have not noticed any change in their weight or coats, but I am happy that they are eating it regularly. I would definitely buy this product again and will also be recommending it to friends and family with overweight dogs, or those with a sensitive stomach

Tasty, great quality, but pricy
have been feeding this two my two elderly dogs for the last month. Both dogs have chronic pancreatitis and often their stool is loose. Their stool has been more formed since starting this dry food. The other positive is that my two fussy eaters have been eating this (admittedly mixed in with wet food) it’s a win win. I will purchase this again

My Furbabies are happy so I'm happy.
If my fur babies are happy, I'm happy. They love this food. They have so much more energy since eating this food and don't leave any. The vet even commented how perfect their weight is and they have the perfect amount of muscle. I love these projects because it gives us chance to try new things and in this case change to those products. The fur babies faeces is a lot better since using this too. No runny nasty smelling poos, which is great, because it shows this food is great for their digestive system and it also stops any problems with their anal glands. They are so much more playful and happy which makes us hooman parents happy parents. The food must be very tasty too because I did a taste test on them. I put their usual food on one bowl and this in another and both my fur babies went straight for this. I then mixed their old food with this food to introduce it and they took their old food out and just ate this one, so I'd say they like the taste. I've already recommended this food.

High quality as always
Having a large dog means having to buy large amounts of food. So it’s handy for me that I can buy it in 14kg bags and have it delivered to my door, especially when the price is reasonable. Being an all in one is also important for me as my dog has several digestive issues and let’s just say that a large dog with an upset stomach is never a fun thing to have to deal with at 3:30am. Luckily dry food seems to keep him settled and since this is a full meal I don’t need to worry that he’s missing out on vital things. I occasionally mix it with meat, if he’s having a good day, however it’s a safe go to for knowing I can leave this down for him and let him eat it at his leisure without it going off or turning rancid in warm weather.

El Mutto Loved it and wasn’t going hungry!
Excellent packaging clearly explaining feeding instructions based on dog size as well as some of science behind the health and weight maintenance benefits. We like the bulk size which is good for us with a large dog as the smaller bags are often not cost effective. The packaging is not resealable which is a shame but we decant into a food box for easier daily serving so not a showstopper. El Mutto can be a little fussy as she's a rescue that was sadly mistreated but is gaining confidence but she doesn't eat what she doesn't like. She's loving this and even though she's on a little bit of a diet as she still needs to get down to a more healthy weight she's not begging for food or searching out food so this seems to be satisfying her diet wise. Bowl is thoroughly cleaned and she seems very happy with this food - no complaints from El Mutto.

My six year old dog, Bernie can be very fussy about his food especially dried food. He loves Pro Plan, pieces are the perfect size for a small to medium dog and not too hard either. Nutritional and easy to digest.

All the health benefits a pooch needs in one go
I have to say that from the moment my dog food arrived my pooch was chomping at the bit to taste all the yummy goodness that purina pro plan has to offer. I am very impressed with all the added benefits that this pet food provides. Normally my pooch loves a mixture of wet and dry food and can be fussy with what is offered, but i found that when i offered just a bowl of purina on its own there was no hesitation and by the cheecky little grin i got i would say it was yummy. I can now feel happy and relaxed knowing that i am providing my pooch with all the vitamins and minerals one requires on a daily basis to keep them healthy and happy. The kittens also tried to get in on the act they hovered just waiting for a taste. Its fantastic and the size of the bag was pretty amazing too.

Dog loves it!
I tried pro plan light as I have a giant breed female who is now at a mature age where she is slowing down and exercising is harder for her, as a result she tends to gain weight which is awful for her hips. I was skeptical about a light food thinking she may not eat it or it would lack flavour but dishes hasn't shown any sign of disliking it, in fact she gets very excited at dinner time and finishes every bite! I don't know whether she has lost any weight as she's only eaten it for 2 weeks but if it helps her maintain her current weight it's well worth it since she loves the food. I'd recommend if you need to keep an eye on your dogs weight
