Purina® Proplan® Veterinary Diets Canine EN Gastrointestinal is a highly digestible complete veterinary diet to help manage gastrointestinal and pancreatic conditions in dogs of all ages, including puppies. Intestinal disorders are frequently associated with poor digestion, which may worsen symptoms, so PPVD EN contains selected highly digestible ingredients in order to help reduce the workload on the compromised gut and to minimise the amount of nutrients that are not absorbed and remain in the gut. PPVD Canine EN is low fat, which is particularly important for dogs with pancreatic conditions, and contains a type of fat that is easier to digest and absorb. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids and soluble fibre (prebiotics) to help promote a healthy intestinal environment.
Medium-chain fatty acids, a specific form of fat from coconut which is easy for dogs to digest and absorb.
Low residue: easy-to-digest ingredients to help reduce gut workload and minimise non-absorbed nutrients.

Great for IBD
After 6 months of upset tummy and runs (sometimes bloody and very serious) and dietry q's our mini wire Dach was finally diagnosed with IBD. Our vet rec this product 50/50 with the dry kibble and since swapping over we haven't had another episode. We couldn't recommend this product highly enough.

Great for sensitive tums!
My Chipoo has been suffering with an upset/ sensitive stomach for a long time now. She had a small course of this food by the vet and it really helped. Since then we asked if she could stay on this full time and they advised yes, but to watch for weight gain. She absolutely loves it and does little spins before you put the bowl down and it has really helped with her sickness so I cannot recommend highly enough. *I would recommend brushing your dogs teeth on a regular basis if they will be on this diet full time just to make sure there's no build up as it's quite like mousse/pate
