Complete dietetic feed for adult dogs.
Some dogs may have nutritional intolerances or adverse reactions to certain foods. In these cases, a specifically tailored diet can help to support your dog’s wellbeing. Royal Canin® Hypoallergenic is specially formulated with the needs of your dog in mind and is available in 2kg, 7kg and 14kg bags. Royal Canin® Hypoallergenic contains a hydrolysed soya protein isolate with a low molecular weight, this ultimately limits the risk of allergenicity. The complex of nutrients in Royal Canin® Hypoallergenic are specially formulated to help support the skin’s natural protective barrier role for optimal skin and coat health. Specific Omega-3 long chain fatty acids – known as EPA and DHA – are also included in this formula. These specific fatty acids help to support your dog’s digestive health as well as nourishing its skin. Formulated with highly digestible starches and proteins – as well as a blend of fibres that include prebiotics – Royal Canin® Hypoallergenic helps to support a good balance of intestinal flora in your dog for optimal digestive health. If your dog is overweight or prone to weight gain, consider offering them Royal Canin® Hypoallergenic Moderate Calorie that contains all of the benefits of their counterpart, just with fewer calories. As part of the Royal Canin® Veterinary Health Nutrition range, it is important that this product is only given to your pet when recommended by a veterinary professional. To cater to each dog’s individual preferences, Royal Canin® Hypoallergenic is also available as wet food in a loaf format. Two happy Westies!!
The vet recommended this food as my westies get itchy skin. Especially Kevin the older one of the two. This condition is common in Westies apparently and I had tried loads of things before this. Since they have been on this food they have absolutely no problems at all. I still give them a roast dinner on Sunday's and they are happy and healthy :)

Seems to be most suitable for my dog.
We've tried our itchy French Bulldog on various foods, wet, dry, complete, raw etc etc. None of them seem to really help reduce her itchiness but out of the many we have tried this seems to be the nearest/best she is. She does really enjoyed it and the crunch is also good for her teeth. If you want to mix it up you can always put some water on to make it like a gravy and so it seems different.

Good quality
Great food. Helps with senesitve stomaches and skin. You do pay for what you get for in a good quality dog food. And it last longer than you think.

Good for a dog with skin problems
Been using this food for a long time, my dog was put on it for skin, ear and poo problems. Hasn’t completely stopped the skin issues but reduced it massively. Ears and poo all good now.
