If you're the owner of Maine Coon, you'll know that - as well as being the largest domesticated cat in the world - its impressive stature is combined with a truly sweet nature. Its solid bone structure and muscular body can make it three times heavier than the average cat.Royal Canin® Maine Coon Adult is specially formulated with the needs of this particular breed in mind. You can rest assured that catering to your Maine Coon's nutritional requirements is just as important to us as it is to you. Royal Canin® Maine Coon Adult food is enriched with Taurine, DHA and EPA (omega-3 fatty acids) to help support and maintain healthy cardiac function.EPA and DHA are also beneficial to your cat's bones and joints. Due to its large size and bone structure, particular attention must be given to support the general health and condition of its joints.Specific amino acids, vitamins, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids help to maintain good skin and coat health. The Maine Coon cat has a dense, semi-long coat with a fine, soft undercoat. In addition to nutritionally supporting a healthy coat, brushing your cat on a regular basis is strongly advised. The Maine Coon has a large jaw which gives it a characteristic way of picking and chewing its food. That's why the kibble in Royal Canin® Maine Coon Adult food is specially designed to be king sized and cube-shaped - prolonging the action of chewing which helps to support good oral hygiene. To cater to each cat's individual preferences, Royal Canin® Maine Coon Adult is also available as wet food in delicious gravy. If you're considering mixed feeding, simply follow our feeding guidelines to ensure your cat gets an accurate amount of both wet and dry food for optimal benefit. At Royal Canin® we're committed to providing nutritional solutions to your pet's needs. Maine Coon kibbles

Posted by Fluffycat on 26th Apr 2021

I have always bought this for my Maine Coon since he was a kitten as it was highly recommended by the breeder. He loves them, the kibbles are larger than most other brands, something good for a Maine Coon to bite into.

    Great for fast eaters

Posted by alimarcam on 26th Apr 2021

Our vet recommended this as even though our Aslan is not a Maine Coon, he eats his food too quickly & these large biscuits slow him down. He simply swallows smaller biscuits which is obviously not good but these are perfect for him.

    Good for cats teeth

Bought this regularly for my cat although he is mixed breed these biscuits are quite large so they have to crunch them which is good for their teeth. My cat loves them.

    Best thing for Maine Coons

Posted by anonymous on 26th Apr 2021

My Maine Coon has been raised on this, first the kitten version then onto this. She is a big girl with a lovely glossy coat and bags of energy - still like a kitten at 3 years old. Highly recommended.

    Great For Quick Eaters

Posted by alimarcam on 26th Apr 2021

These biscuits were recommended by our vet for our cat, who is not a Maine Coon but a large stray who we have called Aslan. Because Aslan has been a stray for so long and never knew when his next meal was coming, when we took him in, he would eat his food so quickly that sometimes he immediately threw it up and he was also constantly wanting food. Normal sized cat biscuits got swallowed whole (and also sometimes came up again whole!) so we started him on these. They have proved a perfect solution because they are so big, he has to crunch them so they slow him down and we haven't had any more sickie incidents since he started on them. Highly recommended.

My two part - Maine Coon cats love these biscuits and don't leave a single one. They're particularly good in the catit digger slow feeder.

    Harry's favourite dry food

Posted by sinelg on 26th Apr 2021

When I bought Harry from the breeder she gave me some of this dry food for Harry. Harry loves it and so does my other non-Maine Coon cat.
