Complete dietetic feed for adult cats.
If your cat has urinary issues, switching to a precisely tailored and nutritionally balanced diet can help to support and maintain a healthy bladder and urinary tract. Royal Canin® Feline Urinary S/O Moderate Calorie in Gravy is specially formulated with the nutritional needs of cats with urinary sensitivities in mind. This food is available in boxes of 12x 85g pouches. This food helps to dilute your cat’s urine, making it less likely for struvite and harmful calcium oxalate stones to form. What’s more, the nutrients included in this exclusive formula help to dissolve all types of existing struvite stones. Royal Canin® Feline Urinary S/O Moderate Calorie in Gravy is developed with Relative Super Saturation (RSS) methodology. The tailored complex of nutrients in this food helps to lower the concentration of ions that play a part in the formation of urinary stones and crystals. Royal Canin® Feline Urinary S/O Moderate Calorie in Gravy’s reduced calorie content helps your cat to maintain an ideal weight for optimal wellbeing. As part of the Royal Canin® Veterinary Range, it is important that this product is only given to your pet when recommended by a veterinary professional. To cater to the individual preferences of each cat, Royal Canin® Feline Urinary S/O Moderate Calorie is also available as dry food with crunchy and tasty kibble. If you’re considering mixed feeding, simply follow our feeding guidelines to ensure your cat gets an accurate amount of both wet and dry food for optimal benefit. Completely Different Product
Royal Canin has changed manufacturers and now the food is completely different. My cat has been eating this S/O Urinary for years, but instead of little meaty nuggets in gravy like before, this is now a slab of mush (referred to as “loaf” on the packet) which is not even the same colour or smell as before. My cat hates it. Please bring back the old formula.

Great for old cats
Great for my old cat who had urinary difficulties.

"New Design" means smaller packets
I've been buying this for our cats for years, and the so called "new design" feels like a bit of a rip off. Instead of 100g packets, it's now 85g packets, and the price is the same... Our cats love it, but even so, I will now be trying other foods as the smaller packets means we will have to buy it more often and the price for cat food goes up by quite a bit.

Cats liked this foo, but not as much as Felix
My cats have had to go onto a special veterinary recommended food for urine problems, they will eat this, but prefer Felix.

Great for cats with uriniary issues
My cat suffered really bad problems with crystals in his bladder causing a thickening within his bladder, after surgery it was advised to use royal canin s/o cat food, fingers crossed 7 months down the line and no sign of any problems

Ok but prefer full calorie version
I tried this instead of the full-calorie version since one of our two cats is a bit overweight. The cats ate it but it clearly wasn't filling them up as they kept begging and begging for more food. I've found it's easier to give him a smaller portion of the original version rather than trying to restrict him with this. Also, I think it has a lot of sugar in it compared to the original version. Still, they ate it, so that makes it better than a lot of other foods we've tried.
