Royal Canin® Veterinary Health Nutrition :

Since 1968, Royal Canin has been following the belief that nutrition plays a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of cats and dogs.  This is why we have designed Royal Canin® veterinary diets around proven nutritional science in partnership with veterinarians, delivering our best health nutrition for pets with specific health needs.

Support your cat’s oral health with Royal Canin® Dental :

Royal Canin® Dental is specially formulated to help support and manage oral hygiene in cats.

This formula helps to reduce the formation and build-up of dental plaque.

The shape and size of the kibble support grasping of the food, as well as tooth penetration into it. This helps to reduce the accumulation of plaque and tartar.

This formula also helps to control the formation of hairballs by helping to eliminate ingested hair through your cat’s stools.

This diet promotes a urinary environment unfavourable to the development of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals.

As part of the Royal Canin® Veterinary Range, it is important that this product is only given to your pet when recommended by a veterinary professional. Transitioning your pet from one diet to another should be a smooth and gradual process over a 7–10-day period.  Please ensure you follow the correct rationing amount.

Royal Canin dental dry food for cats

Unfortunately I am not able to provide a positive review for this product. The biscuits are so big and incredibly hard that my cat can’t eat them!

    My cats love it

As I can't brush my cats' teeth and they so eat wet food, I need some good dental food they will eat. This seems to be much tastier than others they have tries and they actually love it

Since my cats, who are both 15 year old Burmese, have used this product, they have had no dental problems whereas prior to using these, they had teeth taken out.

Siamese, no teeth (well, no fangs)

Posted by auntsally on 26th Apr 2021

Mia and Lola have lsot their fangs. This food is less dense than regular kibble so they can crunch it easily. One of my siamese has intolerance to cheaper biscuits - wonder if its wheat? but these ones she tolerates very well.
