Royal Canin® Veterinary Health Nutrition :

Since 1968, Royal Canin has been following the belief that nutrition plays a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of cats and dogs.  This is why we have designed Royal Canin® veterinary diets around proven nutritional science in partnership with veterinarians, delivering our best health nutrition for pets with specific health needs.

Support your cat’s oral health with Royal Canin® Dental :

Royal Canin® Dental is specially formulated to help support and manage oral hygiene in cats.

This formula helps to reduce the formation and build-up of dental plaque.

The shape and size of the kibble support grasping of the food, as well as tooth penetration into it. This helps to reduce the accumulation of plaque and tartar.

This formula also helps to control the formation of hairballs by helping to eliminate ingested hair through your cat’s stools.

This diet promotes a urinary environment unfavourable to the development of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals.

As part of the Royal Canin® Veterinary Range, it is important that this product is only given to your pet when recommended by a veterinary professional. Transitioning your pet from one diet to another should be a smooth and gradual process over a 7–10-day period.  Please ensure you follow the correct rationing amount.

    Recommended by our Vet...

Previously bought from Veterinary surgery and recommended by our vet for our, Siamese cat, who has periodontal disease. Chucks are large but this does mean the cat has to crunch on them, which I believe is the point as the crunching action helps to keep the gums and teeth cleaner & healthier. Find the cat poo is solid and not squishy as a result of this food (unlike with wet food). She uses a litter tray so this is preferable. Also find dry food better value than the wet pouches plus there is minimal smell from this dry food.

I always have this to help with the gum disease that cats get if you are not able to clean their teeth

I was worried as Lucy turns her nose up to other Royal Canin food. She gobbles this up and it’s good for her teeth!

Excellent product and good for teeth/gums.

    Posted by Jen35 on 26th Apr 2021

This product recommended for my older cat. Not sure he would like it, but really does. Also younger cat now eats more of this than wet food. So altogether, good for their teeth and digestion.

My cat has these as he they help to keep his teeth clean. However they are quite heavy on calories so he only gets a few a day.

    Happy Catty-watties!

My cats love the crunch of these biscuits and it is such fun watching them tackling each piece. I also think the fact that so much effort is required makes them eat less, or maybe that is wishful thinking!

My cats love this product, and as older cats, it helps maintain their oral hygiene.
