1. Saturate the soiled area: When treating carpet, cover 2x the size of the mess and be sure to saturate the carpet, backing and underlay.
2. Wait at least 10 minutes: This will allow the enzymes and Pro-Bacteria to break down the organic proteins. Blot excess moisture with a colour-safe cloth.
3. Allow to dry:Â This may take 24-48 hours. When the area is dry, the stain and odour will disappear.

I have been using Simple Solution for years and years. It is excellent for the removal of the smell of urine and also doesn't leave a stain. I have four dogs - the eldest is over 16 years and it is her who often has accidents indoors. The only product I've found which actually works is Simple Solution. I'd recommend it to anyone. I have tried other products but none can get rid of the smell.

I bought this to try to complete toilet training my dog as its been proved difficult as the odour has soaked into the floor and to take away the odour of dog urine from our solid wood floors by the door, where the newspaper was. This product has worked a treat. My dog is really coming along great! The smell is slowly going- make sure you follow the instructions and leave the product on for 10 mins before mopping it up. It's a must-have product in our household!

My old cat has accidents and have been searching for a product that eliminates the smell and stain. This is the best product I have come across. It does the job brilliantly and I have deep red carpets. There is no marks or smell if I cover the area completely and a bit extra and my carpet is as deep red as when I started. No colour change at all. Absolutely brilliant. You won`t be disappointed.
