Skinners is a good food. My large dog was previously fed a very well known, popular, expensive dog food which was supposed to be hypoallergenic. He often had an upset stomach and wind. Since feeding the skinners his stools firm and not as smelly. His coat was quite good but is now shiny.

I shopped around looking for a dog food that had a good nutritional content without costing the earth and Skinners ticked all the boxes. My dog has a lovely shiny, coat and bags of energy. And Skinners doesn't upset his stomach. My tip: mix it with a bit of water before feeding to the dog.

Because I am studying a degree in Animal Management I am very aware of the nutrition content of foods and their digestibility. I have tried many foods over the years for my two dogs finding one that suits them both and I finally found that in Skinners Duck and Rice. Not only is it nutritious for them but it has no added extras which could cause them harm in the long run and it`s a reasonable price, very important for a student. It meets their needs perfectly for my 7yr old JRT who is in his prime and loves

Slightly smaller bite size biscuits but all my dogs (ranging fom 1 to 11) had no problem with them. Obviously tatstey and easily digested.
