Ruff & Ready is an appetising mixture of meat, cooked peas, steam cooked flaked cereals and crunchy biscuits. These wholesome and delicious ingredients are blended with protein pellets which contain fish meal for a glossy coat, and a full range of vitamins, minerals and nutrients to maintain peak condition. Finally, the mix is coated with wheat glucose syrup which gives the food added natural flavor and a distinctive succulent texture that dogs really enjoy. Ruff & Ready is a complete, nutritionally balanced food, suitable for all breeds of dogs, including older puppies and younger adult dogs too. Ruff & Ready can be fed straight from the bag, or if your dog prefers, moistened a few minutes before serving with a small amount of tepid water to produce a delicious mouth-watering gravy.

    My Staffie/Patterdale cross loves this mix. She tends to gulp her food at times creating wind, but she eats this slowly, but entirely. It's as if she wants to taste each item in the mix individually. 5***** for this product.

    My Chinese Crested Hairless Hearing Dog for Deaf People is allergic to fish, and it has been hard to find a good food that does not upset his sensitive skin. All the Skinners range without fish/fish oil has been brilliant for him. Another brand caused him dreadful blackheads and spots all along his back but within a month of being on Skinners all cleared up. I won't feed him anything else and he loves it! Favourite is Duck and Rice

    I have a Dalmation aged 15 months who is a fussy eater - This Skinners mix is great - he loves it and never seems to get bored of it - Great price a faction of what it costs in the shop and delivery free so i don't have to worry about the heavy bag

    I have a great dane that has struggled with food. Been on 3 other foods including skinners chicken and rice ect. But this rough and ready is BRILLIANT. nice firm motions from day one. Great price.

    My 11 month Border Collie and my 3 year old Yorkshire terrier both love the varying textures and tastes for their tea. My Collie can be a little fussy eating but he loves this. It is tasty to them, economical for us and is healthier and cheaper than the vet recommendations! Looking forward to trying other Skinner foods on the dogs`.Great!
