Super Pet Silent Spinner

It was too big for my dwarf hamster had to buy the smallest size after.

The Silent Spinner Wheels in my opinion are the best wheels available. They are far quieter than any other and are completely safe which is the most important thing. I have the 4.5" size for all my mice and they are mad about them. The 4.5" is the correct size for mice and for dwarf hamsters (despite what other reviews say, the 6.5" in my opinion is far to big for a dwarf hamster). My only criticism would be that they do start to loosen over time and become more noisy. Still the best value for money though.

This is a very good wheel which looks good and moves smoothly. I have had mine for some years now and it is my favourite wheel out there. Although, it is quieter than the first wheel I had, it still makes some noise even though it's supposed to be 'silent'. The plastic part at the back which connects the wheel to the stand has cracked but because of it's age, fair enough. Happy with my purchase, the price is high compared to others but it's worth it.

I have two degus, the wheel they had before was a bit noisey so i thought i`d get them one that professed to be quieter, it looked good on this web page so i took a chance. My degus do NOT chew on their wheel.. never have.. and did NOT chew this one either.. however.. after having it less than a month, it became excedingly noisier.. i found that the center bolt in the wheel had loosened.. i tightened it and it was fine for a few days.. in the end i had to tighten this bolt every hour and ended up taking it

If it seems a little expensive, don`t be put off, it`s one of the best wheels out there (along with the flying saucer but that takes up loads more room) Is silent, sturdy & should last years for syrian hamsters(6.5 size) mice, dwarf hamster, gerbils, jirds etc (4.5 size)& rats (12 size) Have had all those animals & they loved it. NOT suitable for chinchillas or degus, they`ll eat it overnight! Look for a metal wheel (try John Hopewell) PLEASE do not bother with cheaper wheels (eg savic) as its false econo
