Supreme Natural Meadow Hay

i was led to believe this product is for rabbits therefore i brought it for my rabbits i thought the price was very good but i finally got this product delivered and i opened up the bag it came in and its got very small fragments of hay and a lot of dust i thought well maybe its just the top layer the more i rummage and pull the hay out the bag the more smaller the fragments of hay get and the more dust seem to appear im definitely not happy with this item.

I brought 5 bags of this hay as my rabbits aren't fussy eaters and have always eaten any hays I provide them with. This however, is a different story. My rabbits won't touch it at all. I've noticed it almost feels a little damp and doesn't have the lovely smell of fresh hay. This hay is very poor quality and for the same price you can buy better hay else where. Would not recommend and certainly won't buy again.

I have been buying this for my sisters rabbits when I am looking after them when she is away. It is the best hay I have found. One of her rabbits has hay fever and this, like others is dust extracted but it is the only one which pretty much eliminates his hay fever. It is the softest hay I have found.

This brand is cheap for a reason: The dust is not extracted from this type of hay, unlike other brands and the difference is marked. The moment you pull it out, the dust goes on your eyes and nose. Its dreadful. God only knows what effect it has on rabbits sensitive noses. The moral is you get what you pay for. Id spend a few pence more and get a brand which extracts the dust, and doesnt cut the hay is short pieces, like this one.

When I first bought this it was long stranded and had a fresh hay smell. The last two times it has been short strands with a lot of very small material, just like the sweepings from a hay loft floor, which mostly fell out the Guinea pigs cages making a mess. I have now stopped buying this product.

Clean, fresh and good value for money!!

I usually don't buy hay online but i thought I would give this a shot. My Guinea Pigs love it! It's soft with very little dust and both my Guinea Pigs gobble it up. I'll be ordering this again.Delivery was not as quick as i hoped but i was kept informed with emails. The packaging was good, a strong box, and the product arrived in perfect condition.

I bought 2 of these after reading the great reviews. But the first thing that worried me, was that as I pulled out some hay to drop in to my rabbit, A cloud of dust fell all over him, as he is always eager to get at his hay, so stands under where it is going to fall. Now this could be called very short bits of hay, but this was the only time I have heard him sneeze. As my rabbit lives on the hay I provide, water, and fresh green leaves, No rubbish pellets, and he won't eat this, I dumped it.
