When installing into glass, the SureFlap Mounting Adapter is required. This is because glass requires a circular hole. The mounting adapter ensures that the flap fits into the glass correctly with no gaps. The adapter can also be used when installing into a wall as it leaves a smooth and clean finish.

Great flap
Great Cat flap keeps other cats out only criticism is that the magnet is a wee bit to strong could do with this being weaker my cat has problems with this .

Great idea - and it works!
This cat flap has resulted in much happier, stress-free cats. No more stray cats coming in and spraying. Easy to fit (in an existing hole for a staywell flap) and easy set up.

What a fantastic product!
Wish we had bought this ages ago! Easy to fit (slight adjustment to hole in door for existing cat flap). Cats were a bit wary at first, but once they had been through it once they were ok. It is slightly more of a squeeze for our largest cat, but she goes in and out without getting stuck! The absolute best thing about this product is that it allows your cats free access and keeps all the other neighbourhood pests out - our cats are happier and our house smells sweeter. Very happy.

Excellent product. Purchased this to replace old cat flap - to stop neighbours cats coming in. It was easy to fit into existing hole with the aid of the sureflap adaptor. Easy to register cats chips in learn mode, slightly trickier getting them to use it.

Excellent Microchip catflap
New owner of a cat and chose this cat flap because of the microchip. Thought it would be safer for her and it's great. If putting it through wall just remember to order enough tunnel extenders as I needed 6. Good information on the website for measuring.

It really does work
My cat took some time to work out how to make the flap work coming in. This meant she spent a couple of chilly, damp nights outside. But once she'd worked out to butt the flap with her forehead rather than her nose, she was away. Cats who push their flap open with their foot will have to learn anew.

If you want to buy a cat flap this is a must
I wish I had purchased this product sooner. I was initially a little put off by the price but it is worth every penny. It was easy to set up and slotted into the space that the other cat flap was removed from. We were bothered by a local tom coming in , fighting with our cats , eating all of their food and spraying around the house. This has solved the problem. My friend was so impressed when she saw it she has purchased one as well. It is also covered with a 3 year warranty. You have to register with Sureflap to validate it which was easily done. I also spoke to someone from the customer services and must say that they are so helpful.

cat flap fitted yesterday,so far five of my cats have learnt to use it,still working on Ronnie,am watching the unwelcome neighbourhood cats trying to get in as i type.he he.its wonderful.x
