When installing into glass, the SureFlap Mounting Adapter is required. This is because glass requires a circular hole. The mounting adapter ensures that the flap fits into the glass correctly with no gaps. The adapter can also be used when installing into a wall as it leaves a smooth and clean finish.

An excellent product
My cat is six years old and not the cleverest kitty in town and she'd never used a cat flap but she was being bullied by every tom in the district so I decided to get a SureFlap cat flap only half hoping she'd get the hang of it. I needn't have worried. After a few days of coaxing she's now flitting in and out through her own front door and is as happy as Larry. A wonderful product. I wish I'd bought one six years ago.

Great at the beginning
I bought this about a year ago. Worked fine for the first few months, but recently it has started to forget my cats chips so my cats are getting stuck outside. It's not the batteries so must be a fault with the cat flap. Will be buying another as this is the cheapest price I can find online

Je la trouve tout simplement géniale... Bien mieux qu'une chatière magnétique à grelot... Aucune difficulté pour mémoriser la puce de mon chat qui était habitué à passer dans les chatières... Aucun autre chat ne peut plus passer car la fermeture est bien plus solide que l'autre chatière magnétique où les autres chats pouvaient forcer l'ouverture....!!! Vraiment je la recommande...

easy to install
Bought as a replacement for an ordinary flap. Hole in the door was the same size for both so installation was easy. My one criticism would be that the screws are on the wrong side ie on the outside would be more secure on the inside.

Chatière Sure Flap
Attention contrairement à ce qui est annoncé cette chatière ne fonctionne PAS avec les puces sous-cutanée des chats. Je suis obligé d'acheter le médaillon sure flap, on verra si ça marche ??? le service après vente de medic animal me renvoie vers Sure Flap ce n'est pas très commercial...
