The SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder is perfect for multi-pethouseholds and ensures that your pet's food stays their own. As your petapproaches the pet feeder it reads their microchip or RFID collar tag and onlyopens when it recognises an authorised pet. The feeder automatically closeswhen the cat moves away, stopping other pets or children being able to accessthe food. The feeder is ideal for pets on prescription diets or weightmanagement programmes and prevents food stealing and overeating by individualpets.
The bowl features an integrated seal which keeps food fresher and free of flies. It also features a training mode for cautious pets to get used to using the feeder. The SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder is supplied with one grey bowl, one split grey bowl, one grey mat and one SureFlap RFID Collar Tag for non-microchipped pets.

Unsere Katzen kannten schon die Futterschale, da war die Eingewöhnung nicht mehr so zeitaufwendig. Bei einem unserer Kater gab es Probleme beim Lesen des Chips. Da gab es aber super tolle Hilfe vom Hersteller. Man geht wie folgt vor: Unterm Gerät den Schalter auf I stellen, ganz wichtig, die zwei kleinen Tasten hinten am Gerät gleichzeitig drücken bis das Lämpchen rot leuchtet, dann sofort den größeren Knopf auf und zu drücken. Damit aktiviert man eine Reichweitenerweiterung. Danach den gewünschten Chip wie gewohnt einspeisen.

Surefeed microchip pet feeder
I have 2 Maine Coon kittens, 9 month old Dougal and 4 month old Dylan. Dougal has never been a greedy cat but when we got baby Dylan, Dougal thought all the food was for him. I purchased 2 feeders so it was easier to monitor who was eating what. I put Dougal into feeder 1st to get his chip details and his chip registered immediately as did Dylans in his feeder. I did not need any further training as both kittens now no what feeder is theirs. I will now have to purchase a set of coloured bowls to make it easier for me. Very impressed with these feeders.

I Have two cats which eat different amounts! One will eat until all the food is gone and the other just picks through out the day. So this is perfect for the picky eater. She can leave her food and know ifs safe!

Problem solved
These feeders have transformed our lives. Four cats, two on special diets, feeding time was a nightmare. It felt very stressful for the cats and us alike. Now I know who is eating what and how hunch. Phenomenal relief. Easy to set up, even a Russian microchip was recognised straight away. It is very reassuring to know those microchips are functioning well.

Excellent feeder
I brought this so my younger cat did not have her food pinched by the older cats. She is a shy and easily frightened so I wasn’t sure at first if she would take to the feeder. After about a month of reassuring and using the training modes on the bowl she now uses it without help. It really has made feeding time a lot less stressful for us all!

No more stolen food!
I decided to buy the feeder as my singapuras kept polishing off each other’s food. I was worried as to how long it would take them to get used to the feeders however they took to them straight away with no need for the training function to be used! I’m hoping that now I can try them on different foods to meet their specific needs and I won’t need to worry about them eating from the wrong dish.

La gamelle est parfaite, mon chat s'y est vite habitué;pensez à l'accompagner vers la gamelle les premières fois pour le mettre en confiance. Le prix reste tout de même élevé. Le plus est que même si le chat n'est pas pucé, un médaillon électronique est livré avec la gamelle. Et l'enregistrement se fait en 2 secondes. Elle marche avec 4 batteries de type C, non livrées.
