PremiumPlus Chicken with Turkey is made using 90% chicken and turkey; an exceptionally high meat content for dry cat food. It's the perfect balance of easily-digestible, high-quality chicken and turkey with sweet potato and potato, resulting in a very low carbohydrate content (9.5%). We've added high-quality salmon oil to provide Omega-6 (4.5%) and Omega-3 (0.7%) oils, resulting in an irresistible complete food that offers all the vitamins, minerals and taurine your cat needs.

Cereal and grain-free, Thrive PremiumPlus uses a small amount of low-glycemic sweet potato and potato to bind the protein together. These ingredients are low fat, hypoallergenic and easily digestible - ideal for cats with wheat intolerances or sensitive stomachs.

Nutritionally complete, and vet approved, made with natural ingredients. Contains no preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.

As strict carnivores, cats require a diet that is rich in meat and fish to provide them with the right nutrients. Conventional dry cat food can be high in carbohydrates and low in protein - with sometimes as little as 4% meat. Now, using state-of-the-art technology, we've created a new breed of dry cat food with unparalleled amounts of protein and all the essential vitamins and minerals your cat needs to Thrive. Thrive PremiumPlus Chicken has a extremely high meat content of 90%.

No two cats are identical so the amounts shown in the table are a guide only. Your cat may require a little more or less depending on activity levels and their own personal requirements. Always ensure fresh drinking water is available to your pet at feeding times.

    My fussy cat loves this!

Posted by Evan on 26th Oct 2020

We have a very fussy young cat who loves this. She hardly eats any wet food which I find worrying so in my search for the best kibble I came across this. As far as I can find this is the most 'affordable' of the better options as the cat needs to eat so little of it to get the nutrition. My only quibble is why they feel the need to add sweet potato to it as cats are carnivores and do not eat vegetables... And why can't we get trial packs, it would be useful to be able to vary the flavour but I daren't order such a large bag only to have it rejected!

    These went down well!

I am used to reading all the packets to check for carbohydrates and these are a really great choice. And they must be tasty, as they went down well with my cats who have expensive tastes...

    gave my cat diarrhea

    Posted by Brenda123 on 4th Nov 2018

This food was loved by my cat but unfortunately it also gave him diarrhea... resulted in a vet visit. I would suggest very slow introduction if your cat has a sensitive stomach or has never had cat food with similar ingredients before. I might use it as treats instead and see how that goes.

    great

my cat was only eating dry food so I thought I'd feed her a good quality food.i looked at many brands and decided on this one.my cat liked it immediately. she was starting to not eat her daily amount of the brand she was on.she is however eating the whole amount of this food . I have mixed up 2 flavours .the chicken and the chicken and Turkey.she has previously had upset stomach when she was younger but she has had no trouble with this food.i wanted her to have a wet food meal once a day due to the liquid factor but she is drinking water and this food contains only good ingredients so I am happy with it.

    High quality

Highest meat content of any cat food I know and all ingredients are transparently listed. The cats instantly loved it, but time will tell if they change their mind. They've been fed cheap products in the past, which they enjoyed, but I was dubious about the content and quality of cat food containing grains, 'animal derivatives' and sugars, so have since switched to more species appropriate foods. Whilst it is expensive when combined with wet food, a bag should last a month per cat, so it's not bad for what you're getting (species appropriate, responsibly sourced, high quality food)
