Plaque and tartar, if left to build up, can cause bacteria to move down into your pet’s tummy. This could make them get ill, so it’s much better to avoid the risk by helping them keep their mouths nice and clean.
How it works
Aquadent was developed by vets to address bad breath and oral health issues in cats and dogs. The active ingredient, Erythritol, stops calcium from fixing on teeth, the formula can prevent the formation of plaque and tartar. This helps to keep your cat or dog's teeth healthy, as well as keeping their breath fresh.
The special ingredients in Aquadent stop plaque and tartar from sticking to your pet’s teeth, which helps keep their mouth clean and healthy. It also fights the bacteria that leads to bad breath, so you won’t have to hold your nose when they’re sitting on your lap anymore!
In general, the recommended dose is six millilitres of formula per 250 millilitres of water, but always ask your vet if you’re not sure.

Excellent product
I have a spaniel who seems to build up plaque rapidly and even needed a tooth out aged 3! Our vet recommended this product and so far so good. It keeps teeth clean without any stress for me or my dog.

started using this after my dog had his teeth cleaned and some removed - recommended by my vet to help keep my dogs teeth have been using it for a year and at the last check up the vet said my that his teeth were still nice and clean

Help to protect dogs teeth.
If your dog doesn't like their teeth being cleaned and refuse point blank to let you touch them , then using this product is one way of trying to help the situation. I took my dog to the vets for advice on my dogs dental care and they recommended I use something to put in the water. It's important to use the right quantity and change the water every day.
