Soft enough not to hurt, but robust enough to remove tats in between groom appointments

Excellent product
Bought this as a replacement as we ran out of our previous one, always use this on our dog, does the job! The lid to the bottle was open in the packaging, so lost some of the product in the box, hence the 4 stars instead of 5
