Product might be great but it didn’t arrive...
Having waited for this to come back into stock I ordered it with 3 weeks notice. My children and I were very excited to be able to groom our by now very ‘overgrown’ furry dog and counting down the days until the clippers arrived. Day before the delivery I get notice by email and text of missing items in my order... yep, the clippers were missing. I would of thought this expensive item would be dealt with slightly different than a missing bag of dog treats. Big disappointment in our house and a dog very much in need of a hair cut. Then to top it I’ve been asked to review them...

Oh dear!!!
I would love to write a review on my purchase, but you cancelled my order which I had to find out when I wrote an email to you after I had not received them, which I thought was poor customer service on your part, I also had inform many of my friends to buy from you as the were in need of dog clippers, so they now know what happen to me, so they are worried they are not going to get their order!!!! You kindly offer me a voucher on my next purchase which I have re-ordered the clippers again, but this is not helping my dog as the temperature in the weather rises. So I cannot answer the other questions probably, I’m going on other website reviews.

Bought for grooming my 6 month old Malshi
Our puppy seems to enjoy his clipping session. I have only used the 2 longest combs so far but it seems to work well, holds its charge and isn’t noisy. I shall still take him to the groomer but this will be good for the in between times and will easily pay for itself.

Miniature schnauzer
I read lots of reviews on line and decided to go for this one. It is very quiet and the charge lasts for a number of cuts. I remove the plastic guard to cut her body as even without it the blades have 3 height settings. Very pleased.
